The Colonial Secretary then told Mr. Kyshe that he
had no further questions to ask, and Mr. Kyshe withdrew, after
once more strongly protesting against the action taken by the
Colonial Secretary and expressing the hope that what he had
said on the matter would be duly recorded by the Clerk of
Councils.
